The Exchangers
The Exchangers is a web series created and produced by Vegard Bjørneset, directed by Luke Thomas, and shot as part of a collaborative university assignment. Set in a not too distant dystopian future, every digital action is tracked and catalogued, enabling shadow governments to wield dangerous and unprecedented power over civilians. This is the story of the war between those that wish to maintain that power, the Tracers, and those with the courage to rebel against it, the Exchangers.
